Find anything with Ctrl K
One search box for orders, customers, products, files, projects, printers, filaments, help articles and every page of the app.
Press Ctrl K (⌘K on a Mac) on any screen, even while typing in a field, or click the search button in the bar at the bottom of the menu. A search box opens over the page.
What it searches
From the second letter you type, PrintSol looks through your own organisation's data and shows up to six results per group:
- Orders: order number, the shop's order id, customer name or email, tracking number
- Customers: name and email
- Products: product name, variant name and SKU
- Files: file name
- Projects: name and who it is for
- Printers: name and serial number
- Filaments: name, brand, Bambu code and material type
- Help: the titles and summaries of these help articles
Pages of the app itself (Print Queue, Filaments, Billing, Account and so on) appear under "Go to", so you can also use it to jump around without the menu.
Using it
- ↑ and ↓ move through the results, Enter opens one.
- Press Ctrl K again or Escape to close it.
Most list pages (Orders, Products, File Manager, Projects, Filaments, Print Queue) also have their own search box for that page.
