Take print on demand orders with your farm
Turn it on, set your prices, materials and shipping, and buyers can choose your farm.
Buyers upload a file on the public 3D printing page, compare farms and order. If your farm takes part, they see your price and your delivery time, and the orders they place land in your own PrintSol.
Set it up
Open Print on demand in the menu.
- Your farm name, city and a few words about your farm, as buyers see them, and the countries you ship to.
- Your prices, without VAT: a setup per file, a rate per printer hour, a minimum per file and a rate per gram for each filament type you offer.
- The working days you need before you start: buyers see this as your delivery time.
- The address you ship from. With your own Sendcloud account linked, buyers see your real rates and you make the label there; without one, labels come from PrintSol.
- Your name, address and IBAN for the monthly payment, and your agreement to the print farm terms.
The page shows what one sample part would cost at your saved prices, so you can check them. Buyers only see your farm when at least one of your printers with a 0.4 mm nozzle is reporting.
How you get paid
The buyer buys from PrintSol, so you never have to send an invoice or chase a payment. PrintSol keeps a share of the print price and pays you the rest once a month by bank transfer, with a statement you can download. You are also paid the shipping on orders you ship on your own label; when the label comes from PrintSol, PrintSol pays for it and keeps the shipping.
