Print on demand

Print farm terms

What you agree to when your farm takes print on demand orders through PrintSol.

  1. Buyers buy from PrintSol, which invoices them with their VAT. You print and ship the order for PrintSol.
  2. You set your own prices, without VAT. PrintSol keeps 15% of the print price and pays you the rest, once a month by bank transfer, for the orders you shipped that month. You are also paid the shipping on orders you ship on your own label; when the label comes from PrintSol, PrintSol pays for it and keeps the shipping.
  3. Each month PrintSol draws up your invoice for you (self-billing) and sends it as a statement. Check it and tell PrintSol within 14 days if something is wrong. Give your correct name, address, IBAN and, for a business, your VAT number.
  4. You handle the tax on what PrintSol pays you.
  5. Print only what was ordered, and ship it by the time you promised. Answer each order within 48 hours; with no answer the buyer is refunded.
  6. A buyer’s file and address are for this order only: never keep, share or sell them, and do not contact the buyer outside the order.
  7. When a buyer is refunded for an order you have not been paid for, you are not paid for it. PrintSol looks at every problem a buyer reports and may switch a farm off when it breaks these terms.
