Print Optimizer: tuned prints per printer and filament

The Print Optimizer is an add-on. Open it from Printers (Optimize, per printer). Each filament loaded or used on that printer gets its own settings.

• A test prints one small piece (or tower block) per value, with the value printed on top.
• Tap the best piece: from then on every slice for that printer and filament uses it.
• First layer flow, ironing and top surface flow, plus extra tests: nozzle temperature, retraction, max volumetric speed, support gap, hole fit and bridging.
• Tune the whole printer in one go, or start from a problem (gaps in the first layer, stringing, sagging bridges...).

The hole fit it finds also sizes the Piggy bank cap thread for that printer and filament.
