Handle a print on demand order
Accept within 48 hours, print through your normal queue, print the label, ship, and it counts towards your statement.
A paid order appears under Print on demand, and you get told about it. Nothing starts until you accept.
Accept or refuse
You have 48 hours. Accepting turns it into a normal order with print tasks, and the buyer is told a shipping date based on your working days. If you refuse, or do not answer in time, the buyer gets all their money back. Give a reason when you refuse: the buyer sees it.
The files are sliced for your printers and go through your own queue, next to your other work. If a print fails, it is treated like any other failed print on your farm.
Ship
Print the label from the order, or enter the carrier and tracking number if you shipped another way. Marking it shipped tells the buyer, and the order then counts towards that month's statement.
If the buyer reports a problem
PrintSol looks at every problem a buyer reports. When a buyer is refunded for an order you have not been paid for, you are not paid for it. The print farm terms say what you agree to.
