Names for marketplace orders: the personalise page
A bol or Etsy buyer of a personalised product gets a link to type the name, with two reminders, and the name goes straight onto the order.

Marketplaces don’t always pass on the name a buyer wants. For an order with a personalised item whose text is missing or wrong (the order drawer shows “Needs text”), PrintSol emails the buyer a link to a page in their language, in your farm’s name, without PrintSol branding.
- The page asks for exactly as many letters as were paid for (a preset “name of 5 letters” asks for 5; spaces are free).
- Reminders go out after 24 and 48 hours; the order card shows the deadline.
- What the buyer types is saved as if you had typed it, and the letters are made from it.
The link is sent through the marketplace’s own relay address when it hides the buyer’s email, as bol does.
