The Product manager: shop products made for you

Auto listing makes the shop products for your makers (one per design, sizes as variants, priced from your costs), as drafts you check before anything goes on sale.

5 min read

Every connected WooCommerce or Shopify shop has a Product manager (Settings → Channels → your shop → Auto listing, or Listings in the menu). Auto listing is free with each maker add-on.

The tabs

  • Overview: what is ready, what waits and what changed in the shop.
  • Products: every product with its photos, variants, prices and stock, and the cost per variant with the margin and a suggested price.
  • Pricing: the price tables per add-on (letters per height, clickers per number of keys, dog bowls per design and per cm, and more), a default margin and bulk discounts.
  • Texts & SEO: titles and descriptions written with your Claude key around a keyword per product, scored on ten checks.
  • Photos: the photo set per product, made from the same 3D preview your customers see.
  • Jobs & log: everything that runs in the background, with Stop and Retry.
  • Settings: which makers, languages and marketplace presets.

Nothing goes live by itself

Everything starts as a draft in PrintSol. “Send as draft to shop” puts it in the shop as a draft, “Make live” puts it on sale and “Take off sale” hides it again. Nothing is ever deleted in your shop. When a product was changed in the shop since PrintSol sent it, you choose “Keep the shop’s version” or “Use PrintSol’s”.

Prices follow by themselves

Prices you save (Pricing, bulk changes, a product’s own prices or the default margin) go to the products already in your shop by themselves: only the prices, each change listed in Jobs & log.

Texts in other shop languages need your shop’s Gemini or Claude key. Without one the texts stay in English and the screen says so.
