Product photos and the 3D photo studio

The photo set (free)

Product manager → Photos makes, per product, a main image, a second angle, a close-up, a sheet in the colours you have filament of, two examples, a size image, a “why you’ll love it” picture and a 6-second turntable video. They come from the same 3D preview your customers see.

Studio photos

Studio photos look like real photographs: your bridge PC renders the product’s own 3D model with Blender in a scene you pick, such as a white packshot, a room by a window, a wall with spotlights or a shelf.

• Needs a bridge that is online. Bridge 1.0.8 and newer install Blender by themselves when it is missing; the setup includes it too.
• Renders run one at a time at low priority, so prints and the bridge keep going.
• A photo takes a few minutes; it is added to the product’s photos when it is done.

In-use and styled photos

With your shop’s Gemini key, In-use photo shows the product where it is used, and Styled photo sets real pieces in three colours in a scene. These cost a few cents each on your own key.
