Invoices and credit notes (Studio plan)

  • Make an invoice from an order. Numbers run in one series per year (F-2026-0001).
  • Business customers elsewhere in the EU with a VAT number get reverse charge (BTW verlegd).
  • A mistake is undone with a credit note, never by editing a sent invoice.
  • Download as PDF, or as UBL for accounting software.
  • Customers → Document style sets your logo, colours and texts for invoices, quotes and labels.

Expenses and monthly costs

Finance → Expenses keeps what you buy, with the receipt. With a Gemini key on one of your shops, PrintSol reads the amount, date and supplier from the receipt for you. Monthly costs (rent, software, insurance) are booked by themselves each month. Suppliers keeps who you buy from.

VAT

Finance → Taxes estimates the VAT to pay per quarter from your sales and expenses, with an export for your accountant (Studio plan). It is an estimate to plan with, not a filed return.

Calendar

The calendar shows due dates, quotes that run out and your own events. Its private link adds it to Google Calendar or Outlook; anyone with the link can read it, so keep it to yourself.
