Invite your team and set roles

Settings → Team → Invite someone. Enter the email address and pick a role, then press Send invite. PrintSol e-mails the link and also shows it to you, so you can pass it on yourself if the e-mail does not arrive.

The invite

• It works once and expires after seven days.
• It is tied to that email address: the person signs in with, or creates, an account for exactly that address.
• Inviting the same address again replaces the old invite.
• Pending invites can be revoked from the Pending invites card.

Roles

• Owner: everything, including changing roles, removing members, exporting data and deleting the organisation. There is always at least one owner.
• Manager: everything an owner can except roles, removing members and deleting the organisation: settings, billing, invites, shops, the Bambu cloud and bridges, products and prices, and deleting printers and orders.
• Operator: runs the printers and the print queue: printer controls, slicing and queueing files, projects, spools and maintenance, and the makers (Letter maker, SVG to 3D, Piggy banks).
• Packer: packs orders, prints and buys shipping labels and marks orders shipped.
• Viewer: sees everything but changes nothing.
• Everyone changes their own account, language, devices for notifications and support tickets.

Seats

Members and pending invites both count towards your plan's seats. The Free plan has one seat, which the owner uses, so inviting someone needs a paid plan. See Billing for the seats on each plan.
