Plans, trials and billing

The organisation pays, not each user. The menu shows your current plan ("Plan · …"); open it for the Billing page. Everyone can see it; only owners and managers can change it. Current prices are on the pricing page.

What the plans limit

• Free: Auto-print starts one print at a time, one sales channel, one team member.
• Farm: no Auto-print limit, unlimited sales channels, more team members, and e-mail alerts when an order is going to miss its promised date.
• Studio: everything in Farm with more team members, plus API keys.

The prints-at-once limit only holds back Auto-print on the Free plan. Prints you start yourself are never blocked, and paid plans are never capped.

Trial

Farm and Studio can be tried for 14 days without a card, once per organisation. Reminders arrive three days and one day before the end. Stop trial moves you to Free straight away; when the trial ends without a subscription, you are on Free.

Billing details and VAT

• Before you subscribe, fill in Billing details: private person or business, the name or company on the invoice, the address and country, and for a business the VAT ID (and KvK number if you like).
• Prices are excluding VAT. In the Netherlands 21% is added. A business elsewhere in the EU with a VAT ID the EU's VIES service confirms pays no VAT (reverse charge). Consumers elsewhere in the EU pay VAT as EU rules require. Outside the EU no VAT is added.
• When VIES does not answer, VAT is charged until it does; PrintSol checks again every hour and tells you when the number is confirmed.
• A change of type, country or VAT ID applies from your next invoice.

Changing plan

• Subscribe shows the price, the VAT and the total, then goes to a secure Stripe checkout for the card (a promotion code works there too). As a private person you tick that PrintSol may start right away; you can still withdraw within 14 days and pay only for the days used (see the terms).
• Upgrade takes effect immediately; you pay the difference for the rest of the period.
• Downgrade, or switching from yearly to monthly, takes effect at the end of the paid period. Until then the page shows the change, with a Keep button to undo it.
• Cancel at end of term stops renewal; the plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, with no pro-rata refund. Resume undoes it until then.

Yearly billing is ten months' price for twelve.

Invoices and card

After every payment PrintSol e-mails its invoice as a PDF to the owners, managers and the extra invoice address, and lists it under the subscription on the Billing page with the period, the amount excluding VAT, the VAT and the total. A refund comes with a credit note. Change card opens Stripe's page for the card only.

The usage meter

PrintSol samples how many printers are printing every five minutes. The This month card shows prints at once now and the typical figure (80th percentile). Going over your plan's figure is never blocked, and it is not billed today.
